Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is a new building and decoration material which technology is originally used in aviation and ship industry. The plate is made from high quality aluminum alloy, the thickness of top pate is 0.8~1.5mm and bottom plate is 0.6~1.0mm, the internal honeycomb structure is hexagon with 5-6mm length of sizes and 0.04~0.06mm thickness of aluminum sides. The panel is also finished with PVDF coating or polish color paint so that it is scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, discoloration-resistant and easy to clean. The panel is processed by fully automatic equipment and shaped under roll-in technology. It has features of light weight, high hardness, good sound and heat insulation, discoloration-resistance and smooth surface etc. because of its special structure and finish.

1. Aluminum honeycomb panel is new building and decoration material which was originally used in aviation. It is made from high quality Aluminum alloy with thickness of 0.7-1.5mm. The surface finish is Fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating or color Polyester (PE ) coating. The core is hexagon Aluminum honeycomb with thickness of sides 0.04-0.06mm and length of sides 5-6mm. With honeycomb sandwich structure, the Aluminum honeycomb panel is very good strength, smooth flatness and light weight.
