Aluminum is one of the most popular materials for curtain wall or called facade cladding and decoration on the modern building construction and decoration market. With features of good formability, design flexibility, light weight, high strength and resistance, affordable prices and variety of surface finish and colors, aluminum panels are widely applied for facade envelope, roof covering and ceiling decoration.
Aluminum curtain wall cladding panels are made from aluminum alloy sheets by laser or CNC machine cutting, bending and shaping, welding, grinding and polishing, assembling, chromating and spray coating. The popular thickness of aluminum panels is 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm and 5.0mm etc. and common applied alloy is A1100, A3003, A5052 and A5083. The surface finish can be done by polyester powder coating, PVDF oil coating and anodizing.
All the aluminum panels are customized and fabricated according to project specifications and requirements, architecture designs and framing systems.
