Aluminum is one of the most popular materials for curtain wall or called facade cladding and decoration on the modern building construction and decoration market. With features of good formability, design flexibiity, light weight, high strength and resistance, affordable prices and variety of surface finish and colors, aluminum panels are widely applied for facade envelope, roof covering and ceiling decoration.
Aluminum curtain wall cladding panels are made from aluminum alloy sheets by laser or CNC machine cutting, bending and shaping, welding, grinding and polishing, assembling, chromating and spray coating. The popular thickness of aluminum panels is 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm and 5.0mm etc. and common applied alloy is A1100, A3003, A5052 and A5083. The surface finish can be done by polyester powder coating, PVDF oil coating and anodizing.
All the aluminum panels are customized and fabricated according to project specifications and requirements, architecture designs and framing systems.

1. Perforated Aluminum panel is made from high quality 1100 or 3003,5052 etc series of Aluminum alloy.
2.The surface finish of Aluminum panel is coated with PVDF or Polyester or powder, the minimum coating film is 25 Microns.
3.The coating consists of primer, color paints and varnish.

Installation
A steel structure for installing the aluminum panels is pre-set to the concrete wall and all the aluminum panels are fabricated according to the dimensions and designs of such installation structure. You just use a self-tapping gun to fix the panels to the frame without any further process on site.
