Aluminum composite panel is made from coated Aluminum coil and plastic in the structure of sandwich, so sometimes it is called as Aluminum sandwich panel. The popular thickness of aluminum coil is 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5mm and the common thickness of panel is 3mm, 4mm or 6mm.
The size of Aluminum composite panels can be customized according to customer's request, common size is 1220x2440mm, 1220x3000mm etc.
The coating of aluminum composite is PVDF or Polyester, depending on customer's requirement. PVDF coating is more durable than Polyester coating, so it is more popular for exterior.
There are 2 types of aluminum composite panels, one is not fire-retardant, the other is fire-retardant which is grade B2.
The color of Aluminum composite panels is customized according to customer's requirements, we can make it in common colors as well as Chameleon colors, marble/granite/stone textures and wooden textures.
