Aluminum honeycomb panel is a kind of sandwich panel or composite material which is made from 0.5mm to 1.0mm coated aluminum sheets or other metal sheets such as stainless steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, copper or brass sheets, titanium-zinc sheets, HPL etc. and aluminium foil honeycom core in sandwiched lamination by bonding with polymer adhesive. The thickness of aluminum honeycomb panels ranges from 5mm to 200mm and can be customized according to customer's requirements, the popular thickness of honeycomb panels is 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm and 35mm. The size of aluminum honeycomb panels can also be customized according to project specifications, maximum width is 2m and max length is 12m.
Besides aluminum honeycomb panels or other metal honeycomb panels, we can also make the honeycomb panels with an extra thin natural stone, marble or granite sheets on top of honeycomb panels. With this technique and production, the composite panels are a perfect alternative material for the natural stone, marble or granite panels because the composite panels are of much lower weight and costs, while you can make the same decoration as natural stone, marble or granite at much lower prices.
