Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is made from good quality PVDF or PE coated or anodized aluminum sheets with and honeycomb foil by bonding and laminating with high polymer adhesive, it is a kind of special sandwich composite material and panel with features of low weight and cost, high tensile and impact strength, good flatness, smooth surface finish and durable colors, customizable thickness and sizes and designs according to project requirements and drawings.
Selectable surface face material is not only aluminum sheets but also other metal sheets like copper or brass sheets, stainless steel sheets, titanium-zinc sheets etc. or HPL or fiberglass sheets, we can customize the honeycomb panels according to the projects specifications and drawings.
1. Aluminum honeycomb Composite panel is made from high quality Aluminum alloy and plastic supplied by world famous big enterprises, it is widely used for interior and exterior finish and decoration of building walls, sign boards and partitions.
2. Raw materials of Aluminum honeycomb Composite Panel:
1) PVDF (fluorocarbon) or Polyester (PE) coating;
2) High quality aluminum alloy sheets;
3) Macromolecule bonding adhesive;
4) Core material: aluminium foil or PP honeycomb
