Aluminum honeycomb panel (AHP) is new building and decoration material which was originally used in aviation. It is made from high quality aluminum alloy (3030H24) or high manganese aluminum alloy (505Aah14) with thickness of 0.8~1.5mm. The surface finish is fluoride carbon coating or color painting. The core is hexagon aluminum honeycomb with thickness of sides 0.04-0.06mm and length of sides 5-6mm. The production technology of roll-in mould shaping and automatic edge folding makes the panels are seamless when they are installed.
