Aluminum panel is the most popular material for cladding and decoration of the building walls, columns, ceilings, roofs and canopies or balconies. It is especially popular for the façade or curtain wall systems because you can achieve a wide variety of shapes or features of the building with using aluminum panels. We can produce the aluminum panels in different sizes, shapes and designs of decorative perforated patterns and colors.
Aluminum panel is made from Aluminum alloy 1100 or 3003, it can be fabricated according to customer's designs and drawings for specified sizes, shapes and colors. The surface is painted with PVDF coating which is durable and resistant to rains, sunlight and chemicals, it is very good for exterior or outdoor building walls. All RAL colors are available according to customer's demands. Some stone-like colors are also available to have special decoration.
For interior application, we can use powder coating or Polyester coating surface finish to save cost because it is cheaper than PVDF coating. If you want to have special decoration, we can also produce the surface color like wooden textures, marble textures, granite textures and even chameleon mixed colors. In this way, the aluminum panels look like wood, marble or granite.
