Titanium Aluminum honeycomb panel is made from high quality Titanium plates and Aluminum honeycomb which is composite adhesive between the Titanium plates. It is a new composite developed from Aluminium honeycomb panel (AHP), it has much better hardness and mechanical properties than AHP.
Titanium is a precious metal with the advantages of low density, high strength, good corrosion resistance, scratches on its surface can automatically recover. Titanium Aluminium honeycomb panel is a good solution to the problem of too expensive pure Titanium alloy panel. Its front is a very thin titanium skin and and back panel is thin stainless steel, the sandwich core layer is aluminum honeycomb. It has good performance of both titanium and stainless steel, it also has greater bending rigidity and ultra flatness.
