Description:

1. Material: Aluminium Alloy
1.1. Customized Aluminum panel is made from high quality A1100 or A3003 or A5052 series of Aluminum alloy according to customer's designs and drawings.
1.2 .The surface finish of Aluminum panel is coated with PVDF or Polyester or powder, the minimum coating film is 25 Microns.
1.3 .The coating consists of primer, color paints and varnish.
 
2, Specifications:
2.1 Thickness of alloy: 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm etc.

Installation

Aluminum panels are generally fixed to a pre-installed steel frame which is extended from concrete main building structure by embedding casts, the steel frame is connected to main structure while doesn't give extra weight to it because it's parallel with the main structure. The aluminum panels are prefabricated according to the frame arrangement and dimensions, ready for installation, you only need self-tapping screws/bolts to fix the aluminum panels to frames and then use silicone sealant to seal the gaps among panels, finally remove the protection films and the installation is completed.
